The Lower School blog is back up and running for another year and after a month in the new Lower School building the boys have settled in extremely well.
Plenty of good things happening in the House at the moment, none more impressive than the double rugby victory over Abingdon on Tuesday. The Under 12s had a huge win 36-5 with captain Robbie Cartwright leading from the front with two tries. Fly-half Matthew Dalrymple and centre Matty Fitzgerald also claiming two tries each. The pack set the platform for an outstanding win and they face Abingdon Prep with renewed confidence tomorrow.
The Under 13s recorded an last second 15-14 win, with Brad Wilkins barging over in the corner with the last play of the game after a fine break from Freddie Bowcock and Will Parton. Tries earlier from Eliott Jordan and Harvey Hendry had set up the tense finish.
The Year 7 boys have enjoyed a Lacrosse introduction today and the Year 8s have been on a Theology trip to Morden and the largest Mosque in Western Europe.
Tomorrow sees the boys take on Abingdon Prep at rugby, the release of the year's first Progress Review and the Year 8 parents conference! Plenty going on.
