According to 7 Titans' Chemistry teacher Mrs Foakes "Cooking is the basic form of Chemistry. When cooking any food a chemical change takes place. Think about which you prefer - raw eggs or cooked eggs - and can you get the raw eggs back again once cooked?"
Year 7 found this Science lesson had very pleasing outcomes. As well as increased scientific learning, they were left with a selection of fudge cakes to eat at break time!
